What we DO need is good information on how to overcome this, especially since the media loves to tell us not only what a big problem we have with ourselves, but also how we need to be more thin/rich/ just plain MORE before we can even think of being satisfied with ourselves. I'd love to see a post more along the lines of tips and resources (not weight loss ads) to help start the journey. What do you reckon - can this post be updated/revised? Well i think your show is good and i have learned a lot of new recipes and tried them and found it to be great.I tried the fried deviled eggs and to me they were ok, but my husband would not eat them, i say why knock something and you don't know what it is like!
