Replacing the Negative with Positive to Build Self Esteem

Self-Esteem

Do you pay attention to the words that you use to describe yourself? Would you rate it as positive or negative? The words that you use to describe who you are and the thoughts that you think has a direct affect on your self esteem. When you say things like, “I’m not smart enough” or “I can’t do anything right”, it has a big impact on your life. Negative self talk and thoughts should not have any place in your life. The things that we say and think have more impact than we realize.

What we say and think will eventually manifest in our lives. Our subconscious mind is very powerful. It creates our reality through the images and words that it receives. When you constantly think negative thoughts about yourself, you will eventually convince yourself of this and your life will reflect it. But if you have complete confidence in your abilities, you will see great things manifest in your life. Our thoughts and our words affect us greatly. It’s important to know this if you want all of your dreams and desires to come true.

Whenever a negative thought pops in your mind, immediately and consciously recognize it and replace it with a positive thought. Keep doing this until you are completely filled with positive images, thoughts and words. It may seem difficult at first, but with time it will become second nature and you will see things start to improve in your life.
