Oyster Aware

 What if oysters offered valuable objects beyond pearls? If I had my way I would choose diamonds! Diamonds and pearls, what a great combination. Gulf oysters is a favorite dish of many people. They are an excellent source of zinc, vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acids. They can be prepared many different ways and extra caution is advised for at-risk individuals. Everyone needs to be aware that undercooked oysters can cause illness and should be cooked with care.

Whether you eat them in moderation or by the dozen, oysters provide a low calorie protein. Be sure to visit the site for some great oyster recipes.
