A great way to get kids to eat healthy is to let them cook with you in the kitchen. My kids love to be in the kitchen helping me. They love to mix, whisk and crack stuff! It is always a great (and messy) time whenever they are in the kitchen. This is a great video of a healthy sandwhich that is easy to make. The kids will love it. Enjoy!
