Here is a great video on making whole grain blueberry chocolate chip waffles and chocolate chip muffins. Kids love waffles and this is a great way to make them without resorting to the frozen waffles in the store with all the preservatives. You can add in blueberries or walnuts and top with maple syrup or honey and you have a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
