Keep the following items on hand for preparing quick meals and not having to get meals that are not so healthy for your family:

1.   Canned Tomatoes
2.   Beef & Chicken Broth
3.   Dried Pasta
4.   Variety of Canned Beans
5.   Canned Fish
6.   Dried Fruits
7.   Salsa
8.   Rice
9.   Canned Fruit
10.  Breadcrumbs/Bread

Depending on the needs of your family you may need to add or take away some of these items.
