A healthy breakfast can help start the day off right for children as well as adults. Getting kids to eat breakfast is not always easy. One of my children has a healthy appetite all of the time, but my other one is quite picky and doesn’t always want to eat breakfast. Most of the time I can get the picky eater to at least drink a bit of smoothie, a couple slices of apples smeared with peanut butter and some cheese toast. Although, I would love for him to eat more, I am happy with what he does eat. If you have trouble getting a picky eater to eat breakfast find out what they like to eat and put a healthy spin on it.
